Rebecca Alter

 
 

Rebecca Alter is a 2015 graduate of the Isenberg School of Business. She holds a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Ms. Alter is an Account Manager for CVS Health where she manages twelve corporate prescription benefits accounts ranging from 700 to 30,000 members. She is responsible for maintaining member eligibility, managing escalated member issues, and sustaining strong relationships with account holders. Prior to joining CVS and the start of the pandemic, she worked for Marriott International for five years. Her most recent role was Event Manager at an upscale hotel in Washington D.C.’s Georgetown district. Ms. Alter was previously held assistant manager positions in room operations, at hotels in northern Virginia and Boston. She also participated in Marriott’s Voyager program for managers-in-training. During her time at Marriott, Ms. Alter received the company’s The Spirit to Serve Award, was named Manager of the Quarter, and introduced new recycling and room service programs to her hotels. Ms. Alter currently resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and enjoys walks with her dog Charlie.
