Jaida Fonfield

Jaida Fonfield is an entrepreneur who is passionate about three things: empowerment, education, and entrepreneurship. She became an entrepreneur at the age of 18, when she had the idea to start a women’s suit company. She quickly learned her desire to start this company could be more than just the clothes. After realizing her desire to always help others, Jaida founded Sinclaire, LLC. Sinclaire’s mission is to empower women to be confident and bold in a suit that suits them. The overall vision is to champion the overall empowerment of women by encouraging them to be their best selves unapologetically. Jaida's intention with leading Sinclaire is to grow with purpose and integrity. Sinclaire has donated suits to Dress for Success, Second Chances, and was a 2 time sponsor of the Sister’s on the Runway Organization. During college, Jaida was involved within the growing entrepreneurial ecosystem. She was a semi-finalist of the 2019 Innovation Challenge, 2 time semi-finalist of Draper Competition in 2019 and 2021, Campus Director for the Hult Prize Foundation, and winner of the 2019 Entrepreneurial Spirit Award of the Grinspoon Foundation. Today, Jaida is an Associate Account Executive at Epsilon, a global marketing company helping connect brands and people. She is actively working on Sinclaire’s rebrand with its new made-to-measure and customizable suit business model.

The Definition of Me is “perseverance, empowerment, and grace”.
