Kristin Filippelli

An Isenberg HTM Restaurant Management ‘08 Grad who pivoted away from working in kitchens to selling them. Kristin spent almost 10 years with GE Appliances as an Area Sales Manager, cultivating deep relationships and driving the growth and success of a $25MM territory. After all that windshield time, Kristin was ready to hang up her car keys for a T-Pass and went to work for Wayfair as a Strategic Account Manager for their CastleGate program. It was in this role where Kristin finally realized that helping others solve their operational issues brought her the most joy, so she joined the CastleGate Operations team. Here she honed her skills and expanded her Supply Chain and Logistics knowledge and now manages a team in Process & Experience which focuses on enabling operational and systemic efficiencies in inventory, fulfillment, and logistics
