Karen DesRosiers

Karen Desrosiers is a VP Divisional Merchandise Manager in the HomeGoods & HomeSense Divisions with the TJX Companies, Inc. She is a 1997 graduate from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst with a degree in Apparel Marketing. Her passion for retail brought her to the TJX Companies upon graduation where she joined the Merchandising Career Path for the HomeGoods division. During her 24 years with the organization she has held several positions within Planning & Allocation and Buying and currently is the VP overseeing the Furniture division. Karen lives in Westborough Massachusetts with her husband and 2 children along with their 2 golden doodles. In her free time Karen loves to watch her son play basketball and her daughter compete in gymnastics.  She has a love for travel, interior decorating and going on hikes with her dogs.
