Kokui Adesokan is a multi-award-winning engineer, tech leader, and keynote speaker with over 15 years of experience shaping strategy and steering high impact initiatives across aerospace, financial technology, and renewable energy. She serves as Chief of Staff at RTX, where she is a trusted advisor to senior executives and plays a key role in setting strategic direction across the enterprise. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Bridgewater Associates and at Pratt & Whitney, where she led high-impact, multi-million-dollar initiatives in highly complex environments.

Beyond her corporate career, Kokui is the founder of Lead With Kokui, a professional development platform focused on empowering professionals and students to navigate career transitions and grow into leadership roles.

Kokui has received multiple professional STEM honors, including the UMass Amherst College of Engineering Young Alumni Award. She serves on the UMass Amherst College of Engineering Dean’s Advisory Council and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UMass Amherst and an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Outside of work, she enjoys going on adventures with her husband and two daughters, exploring new cuisines, and traveling the world.
