Taylor Odell

Taylor is a Vice President on the Investor Relations team at BNY, where she works alongside executive management, communicating the firm’s strategy and financial performance to investors. She joined BNY in 2022 after starting her career at JPMorgan Chase. Out of school, Taylor joined JPM as a member of the firm’s selective finance rotational program. The two-year program gave her firsthand experience with different functions within corporate finance. Post program, she joined a strategic execution team working with JPM’s commercial bankers.

Taylor co-chairs the Future Leader’s initiative at BNY in NYC. The group strives to create a community among employees in the first 5-7 years of their careers, connect members with senior leaders and curate business and skills-based learning sessions. She is also active in supporting firm’s Analyst Rotational program.

Taylor graduated from the Isenberg School of Management with a B.B.A in Finance and a double major in Economics. While at UMass Taylor was a founding member of Smart Women Securities, a member of the Chi Omega sorority, and worked in the Admissions office. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking and walking with her dog, Jules.
