As a workforce development specialist and CEO of Specialized Career Guidance, Judi Vigna is focused on bridging the divide between leading industries seeking to hire motivated talent, and the abundance of capable young people seeking pathways to successful careers. Judi works with educational teams, employers, and industry associations to build organizational systems for sustainable and scalable school-to-work pipelines. Adept at building strong coalitions of community and state-wide partners, she meets with education and industry leaders throughout the Commonwealth to advance career pathway programming for young people. Her life’s work has been guided by a deep commitment to strengthening communities and a belief that there is no ‘one size fits all’ pathway to education and career success.
