Maggie Mulligan
Maggie graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management. After graduation, she joined Tarmika, an insurance technology start‑up, as employee #7. Following Tarmika’s acquisition by Applied Systems, Maggie has continued to grow her career in Customer Success. In her current role as a Services Enablement Manager for Product Adoption at Applied Systems, Maggie deploys scaled customer success programs and events that drive product awareness and usage.
Through her varying roles, Maggie has dedicated herself to bringing people together to foster new connections and learn new things through memorable and meaningful experiences. Watching something —whether it is a project, process, or a community that she has helped launch and nurture—become so successful is something that she can not get enough of.
