Francesca Colantuoni

Francesca Colantuoni is a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young LLP’s Financial Services Transfer Pricing group in New York. She possesses significant expertise in Private Equity, Asset Management, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, and FinTech, with a focus on cross-border tax controversies and economic analyses related to financing transactions, debt capacity, guarantee fee modelling, risk transfer arrangements, insurance intercompany dealings, and bank funding structures.

Francesca earned a PhD in Resource Economics from University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Francesca is a frequent panelist and speaker in technical seminars and conferences, as well as in client workshops and internal training sessions.
