Kelly DiBenedetto

Kelly is currently Vice President, Human Resources at American Express and leads the HR Business Partner team for the Global Servicing function. Prior to American Express, Kelly was Assistant Vice President, Human Resources at Cognizant Technology Solutions where she held many roles in her nearly 11 years there, including leading the HR team for the Global Corporate Functions and Sales business units and earlier in her tenure was the Chief of Staff for the Chief People Officer. Before joining Cognizant, Kelly held HR leadership roles at GLG and at Chanel.

Kelly earned a master's degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Umass Amherst. Kelly lives in New Jersey and outside of work enjoys pilates, skiing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
