Dasha Shterenberg is an Account Executive at The Predictive Index, where she partners with organizations to improve hiring, leadership development, and team performance through data-driven insights. In her role, Dasha works closely with business and people leaders to help them make more informed talent decisions that drive both performance and culture.

She earned her degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she was actively involved on campus and served as Co-President of Women in Business. In that leadership role, Dasha helped foster a community focused on professional development, mentorship, and empowering women to pursue careers in business.

Outside of work, Dasha is a certified yoga instructor and enjoys helping others find balance, focus, and mindfulness both on and off the mat. She values continuous learning, personal growth, and building meaningful connections, whether in the workplace or the wellness community.
