Danielle Major is a sophomore Operations and Information Management major from Andover, MA. Danielle first learned about the Women of Isenberg (WOI) Conference at a UMass Amherst Accepted Students Day and she instantly knew that she wanted to go to UMass and join this amazing organization. As a freshman, Danielle attended the 2019 Women of Isenberg Conference and absolutely loved how easily the Conference connected students with faculty, alumni, and industry professionals, while promoting female empowerment. She wanted to take on a leadership role, and is ecstatic to have been selected as a member of the 2020 WOI Conference Planning Committee.

Danielle spent the last two summers working at the Cormier Youth Center in Andover, MA. She split time between managing the front desk and providing recreational, educational, and social support for middle school youth through adventure-based experiences.

In addition to planning the WOI Conference, Danielle is also an active member of the Isenberg Women in Business Club, the Isenberg Operations and Information Management Club, and the Rotaract Club. In her free time, you can find Danielle working as a Facility Operations Assistant and taking spin classes at the UMass Recreation Center, studying and socializing in Isenberg’s brand new Business Innovation Hub, and enjoying Late Night at the Berkshire Dining Hall.
