Erin Roach
Erin began her career in the technology industry, holding a range of customer-facing roles across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Implementation. Her work consistently centered on building strong relationships while aligning business strategy with customer needs.
In the past year, Erin transitioned into the medical device space, where she currently serves as Head of Talent Acquisition at a Boston-based startup. In this role, she leads recruiting efforts while building scalable hiring processes, strengthening employer branding, and partnering closely with leadership on workforce planning and people strategy. She drives her department’s success by combining a deep passion for people with operational excellence and business-driven strategy.
Erin is deeply passionate about self-development and career strategy, particularly for early-career professionals navigating pivotal transitions. This passion led her to found Winged Coaching, where she supports young women in gaining clarity, making confident career decisions, and building lives aligned with their values.
During her time at UMass, Erin worked in the Isenberg Advising Office and led the Isenberg Ambassador team. In a full-circle moment, she landed her first professional internship through the Women of Isenberg Conference and is excited to return as a panelist to support the next generation of students.
