Kristen has 30 years of experience in the sports marketing and management business and over 20 years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking. She is an entrepreneur and pioneer for women in professional athlete representation as the first woman to negotiate an NFL quarterback's contract and including extensive experience in athlete representation, corporate consulting, business development, licensing, sponsorship sales, and event management. She merged K Sports & Entertainment which she founded in 2000 with Vanguard Sports Group in 2017. In addition, she founded K Capital Partners, a FINRA licensed boutique investment banking firm, providing business development and raising capital for emerging companies in the sports, entertainment, technology, media, wellness and consumer product sectors.
