senior Human Resources executive with over 25 years of global experience at Fortune 500 top branded companies across multiple industries. She is known for designing and implementing innovative talent strategies and solutions to drive profitable growth, enable business transformation, and grow a world class talent culture.  Most recently Ms. Holman was the Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer for Athenahealth, based in Watertown, MA.  At athenahealth, she oversaw all aspects of human resources (HR) for the company, including culture, talent management, total rewards, HR operations, HR business partnering, employee engagement, and learning and development (athenaUniversity), as well as enterprise technology and facilities across all locations.  

She was working to scale athenahealth’s fast-paced growth while maintaining and strengthening the company culture, employee engagement, and career development.   She has also held leadership and management positions at Capgemini in Paris, Wolters Kluwer, Raytheon, General Electric, and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company.  Diane earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst and a Masters of Business Administration from Western New England University.  She has served as an adjunct professor in graduate management studies at Western New England University and currently sits on the University of Pennsylvania CLO Advisory Board and the i4cp Chief Talent Officer Board, which she co-founded.
