Judith Leary

Judith M. Leary (Judy) is the former President and Co-founder of Bearak Reports and IdentityForce. In both organizations she was responsible for all aspects of company operations, including the growth and management of the company’s Information Technology, Client Services, Suppliers, Human Resources and Customer Support teams. Ms. Leary was integrally involved with the sales and business development teams to ensure the highest level of client, member and partner satisfaction. Judy was with the company for more than 33 years and was instrumental in building Bearak Reports into the leading Asset Search and Background Screening Services company within the Federal Government until the sale of the division in 2005. In 2006, IdentityForce was co-founded with her brother Steven (also a UMASS grad) and became the leading provider of Identity, Privacy and Credit services until the company was acquired in August of 2018.

With her entrepreneurial spirit Judy is currently working on an opportunity in the retail marijuana industry.

Ms. Leary serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Better Business Bureau of Eastern New England and volunteers for The Alzheimer’s Association, Sunshine Golden Retriever Rescue and as a mentor with the Mazie Foundation. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and continued her education in business and marketing in the Harvard University Extension Program.
