Barbara Roche
Barbara is an organizational development and communication specialist with over 20 years helping organizations thrive. She is also a lecturer in the Management Communications program at the Wharton School of Business. She is best known for blending her theatrical experience, Irish Catholic humor, and hard-won leadership skills to help professionals become more effective leaders and communicators. She is the author of Commit to Confidence: 30 Strategies to Help Women Step Up and Stand Out. A native Bostonian and proud member of Red Sox Nation, Barbara holds a master's degree in psychology from Northeastern University. Ten years ago, she founded two consulting companies: Barbara Roche & Associates (leadership development and team-building) and SpeakWell Partners (public speaking and leadership communication).
