Alexandra Bills

Alexandra Bills is a sophomore from Pittsfield, Massachusetts, majoring in Business Management. She was a Student Ambassador for the 2025 WOI Conference and is excited to return as part of the 2026 Planning Committee. Alexandra is passionate about being part of teams that empower and support women in the business world. In addition to WOI, she serves on the 1Berkshire Youth Leadership Program Steering Committee, which helps plan and support programming that empowers high school students to explore leadership career opportunities and community impact in the Berkshires. She is also a part of the Women in Business Community Service Committee.

 

Diya Deliwala

Diya Deliwala s a rising junior from Upton, MA, majoring in Finance and pursuing a certificate in Data Analytics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is also a member of the Commonwealth Honors College. Passionate about building community and uplifting others, she has been involved with Women of Isenberg since her freshman year. She served on the Community Council in 2024, was a Student Ambassador in 2025, and is currently a dedicated member of the Operations Committee as well as the Student Ambassador Program Lead. Inspired by WOI’s mission to empower women in business, Diya is especially excited to help create inclusive, engaging events that bring people together and foster meaningful growth. Outside of WOI, she is actively involved across campus. She works as a Student Events Assistant at the Commonwealth Honors College, serves as a Peer Mentor in Honors Residential Life, and is a member of the Event Planning Committee for 180 Degrees Consulting. Diya looks forward to continuing to support others while developing as a leader alongside such empowering team of women!

 

Grace Belanger

Grace Belanger is a senior from Chicago, Illinois, majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management and pursuing a Real Estate Certificate. This is Grace’s third year being involved with the Women of Isenberg Conference, and she is thrilled to return as the Community Outreach Lead! Grace is passionate about creating meaningful connections, and uplifting women. She hopes to expand the conference’s reach so that more students can benefit from its supportive and inspiring community. Grace is also a Leadership Ambassador for the Hospitality and Tourism Management Department and enjoys working the athletic events at the Mullins Center. This summer, she is living in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she is interning as a Food and Beverage Intern at the Four Seasons.
