Patricia Bibeau
Patricia is a junior from Andover, MA. She is majoring in Marketing and is also a student in the Commonwealth Honors College. She is thrilled to be returning to the 2024-2025 WoI team as a Vice President of Operations & Event Management. After what she had experienced and learned through the 2024 conference, Patricia knew she wanted continue to work with WoI and bring students and empowering women together through the 2025 conference.
During the school year, Patricia works in the Men's Lacrosse office as the Director of Office Communications and Affiliations, along as a Private Contractor for Verkada. Outside of work and school, you'll find Patricia spending time with her friends on or off campus, whether it is trying different cafés in Northampton, going to the craft center in the Student Union, or spending time with her baby niece. This summer, Patricia is excited to be interning at ALKU as a Sales Intern in their Andover Headquarters.
Jing Chen
Jing is a senior Operations and Information Management and Hospitality Tourism Management double major from Wilbraham, MA, and is planning to graduate in 2025. She is also pursuing a Certificate in Business Data Analytics and minoring in Psychology. Jing was a vice president marketing and communications of the 2024 conference and believes her experience of hard work and determination makes her an excellent leader to be successful in today’s ever-changing world. Jing’s favorite part of WoI is learning from all the mentors and using this knowledge to help herself create her our future. She values how the conference has helped her grow and how it continues to celebrate everyone’s journey and differences. She is excited to work with such talented and inspiring students and see all of the team’s hard work come to life at her third in-person conference. This summer Jing is interning at Ernst and Young in Technology Risk Assurance. Outside of work and school, you can find Jing playing badminton, cooking her favorite meals, and spending lots of time with her family and friends.
Kat Kelley
Kat Kelley is a junior Honors College student studying Operations and Information Management and Computer Science. She is excitedly returning to WOI as a MarComm Committee member (Fall) and MarComm Vice President (Spring).
This winter, Kat worked full-time as a medical assistant. She is planning to attend optometry school post-graduation. This year she's looking forward to putting together the marketing campaign for the 2025 conference. Kat believes that the Women of Isenberg community is transformative; She is inspired by the way it uplifts women to pursue careers in business and sharpen their professional skillsets.
