Devin Benjamin
Devin Benjamin, who is from Hanover, Massachusetts, is going into her Junior year as a Marketing major at the Isenberg School of Management. This year Devin is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. This will be her third year being involved with the Women of Isenberg Conference. She was a Marketing and Communications Community Council Member for the 2024 Conference and a Marketing and Communications Committee Member for the 2025 Conference. Devin is very excited to be a part of the committee again and is looking forward to being surrounded by so many strong and positive women who make such an incredible event possible. This summer Devin is interning at Praxis Precision Medicine as Commercial Marketing Intern, getting hands-on analytical marketing experience. During the school year she will continue working at the Recreation and Wellbeing Center as a Member Services Assistant. During her free time she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, going to the beach, and going on walks.
Ryann Heim-Sherwood
Ryann Heim-Sherwood is a junior marketing major from Newtown, Connecticut. She is currently a member of the Marketing and Communications Committee for Women of Isenberg, after previously serving on the Community Council. Ryann is eager to strategically grow WOI’s presence through compelling marketing efforts that align with its mission and inspire others to get involved. She joined the committee to expand her marketing skills and connect with other driven, like-minded women in business. Outside of WOI, Ryann is the Vice President of UMass Special Olympics, where she helps plan inclusive events and foster campus-wide community engagement. She also works in one of the campus' Residential Service Desks and holds a Teaching Assistant role for the Isenberg Freshman Transitions course, assisting first-year students in navigating their transition to college. This summer, Ryann is interning with the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport, Connecticut, gaining hands-on experience in event marketing and ticket sales. In her free time, Ryann enjoys exploring new places, taking walks with friends and getting crafty.
Mai Hoang Le
Mai Hoang Le is a senior majoring in Operations and Information Management from Da Nang, Vietnam. Now in her second year as a Marketing and Communications Committee Member for the Women of Isenberg Conference, Mai helps lead initiatives in audience engagement, brand development, bringing forward voices and curating moments that reflect the power of women in business. This summer, she is interning in logistics and port operations at Da Nang Port, Vietnam’s central maritime gateway, where she collaborates with terminal operators and shipping lines to contribute to optimizing vessel scheduling, streamlining container flow, and reducing operational bottlenecks. What drives Mai is WOI’s excellent ability to blend ambition with authenticity. She’s passionate about creating spaces where students feel represented, connected, and empowered to lead with purpose!
