MADDI HUGHES

Maddi is a 2023 UMass graduate who completed her BS in Accounting in three years. Maddi is now pursuing her MSA in Accounting at the Isenberg School of Management and studying for her CPA.

Maddi was the President of the 2023 Women of Isenberg Conference and couldn’t be more excited to be serving as the 2024 Young Alumni Leadership Advisor. She believes her experience of working with confident and driven women has heavily contributed to her passion for empowering others. Maddi’s favorite part of WoI is the vulnerability and strength of notable alumni speakers to share their stories and experiences to help guide UMass students.

This summer, Maddi is thrilled to be interning at Ernst & Young in the auditing department and will also be working her sixth summer at a local restaurant. Outside of work and school, you can find Maddi cooking new meals, playing volleyball, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
