Alissa Santiago

Alissa Santiago is an Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis at Raytheon Technologies, one of the largest aerospace & defense companies in the world with the 2020 merger of United Technologies and Raytheon. Alissa is responsible for leading the company’s annual and long-term financial plan process. Prior to joining Corporate headquarters, Alissa held various financial positions of increasing responsibility at Pratt & Whitney, a division of RTX. She has worked at the company for over 15 years and started as a graduate of the UTC Financial Leadership Program. Alissa received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Babson College and a Master of Business Administration from UMASS Amherst. Alissa is a proud mom of three children, Adonis, Adrian, and Apollo. She loves spending time with her kids, dancing, playing volleyball and relaxing at the beach.
