Meet the 2026 Women of Isenberg Planning Committee!

 
 

Patricia Bibeau

Patricia, who is from Georgetown, MA, is entering her senior year at the Isenberg School of Management and the Commonwealth Honors College, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She is thrilled to continue her involvement with the Women of Isenberg (WOI) Conference. Last year, she served as Vice President of Operations and Event Management on the Planning Committee, following her role the previous year as a Student Ambassador for the 2024 WOI Conference. This year, Patricia will take on the role of Co-President, working alongside Kat Kelley and Valentina Zimmerman to lead the 2026 Planning Committee. She looks forward to elevating the conference to new heights and ensuring an exceptional experience for UMass Amherst students. Patricia is especially excited to collaborate with a dedicated and inspiring group of women in bringing the conference to life.

While serving on the Women of Isenberg Planning Committee, Patricia will continue her role in the UMass Men's Lacrosse Office and take part in the Marketing Honors Thesis course, where she will collaborate with a local company as a marketing consultant. This summer, she is also gaining hands-on experience in the field as a marketing consultant for Lotus Yoga and Mindfulness. Beyond her commitments to WOI, Lotus, and academics, Patricia enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family, and cats, as well as getting lost in a good book.

 

Valentina Zimmerman

Valentina is from Bergen County, New Jersey, and is a senior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, double majoring in Marketing and Hospitality & Tourism Management. She served on the MarComm committee during her sophomore and junior years, first as a member and then as Vice President. Valentina is excited to return for a third year, working with a group of amazing, intelligent women. Outside of the conference, she loves being involved with the hospitality department and will be the President of the HTM Ambassador Program starting in the fall. This summer, she's interning at the New York Marriott Marquis. When she's not working, Valentina enjoys hiking and practicing yoga.

 

Kat Kelley

Kat Kelley is a senior Operations and Information Management and Computer Science student from Tewksbury, Massachusetts. She was a Student Ambassador for the 2023 Conference, a MarComm Committee Member for the 2024 Conference, and the Community Outreach Lead and Vice President of Marketing for the 2025 Conference. This year, Kat is excited to be returning for her fourth year on the team as a Co-President of the Women of Isenberg Conference Planning Committee. She is an advocate for empowering women and believes that the WOI Conference is a transformative event that creates meaningful lifelong connections.

 
 

Devin Benjamin

Devin Benjamin, who is from Hanover, Massachusetts, is going into her Junior year as a Marketing major at the Isenberg School of Management. This year Devin is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. This will be her third year being involved with the Women of Isenberg Conference. She was a Marketing and Communications Community Council Member for the 2024 Conference and a Marketing and Communications Committee Member for the 2025 Conference. Devin is very excited to be a part of the committee again and is looking forward to being surrounded by so many strong and positive women who make such an incredible event possible. This summer Devin is interning at Praxis Precision Medicine as Commercial Marketing Intern, getting hands-on analytical marketing experience. During the school year she will continue working at the Recreation and Wellbeing Center as a Member Services Assistant. During her free time she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, going to the beach, and going on walks. 

 

Ryann Heim-Sherwood

Ryann Heim-Sherwood is a junior marketing major from Newtown, Connecticut. She is currently a member of the Marketing and Communications Committee for Women of Isenberg, after previously serving on the Community Council. Ryann is eager to strategically grow WOI’s presence through compelling marketing efforts that align with its mission and inspire others to get involved. She joined the committee to expand her marketing skills and connect with other driven, like-minded women in business. Outside of WOI, Ryann is the Vice President of UMass Special Olympics, where she helps plan inclusive events and foster campus-wide community engagement. She also works in one of the campus' Residential Service Desks and holds a Teaching Assistant role for the Isenberg Freshman Transitions course, assisting first-year students in navigating their transition to college. This summer, Ryann is interning with the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport, Connecticut, gaining hands-on experience in event marketing and ticket sales. In her free time, Ryann enjoys exploring new places, taking walks with friends and getting crafty.

 

Mai Hoang Le

Mai Hoang Le is a senior majoring in Operations and Information Management from Da Nang, Vietnam. Now in her second year as a Marketing and Communications Committee Member for the Women of Isenberg Conference, Mai helps lead initiatives in audience engagement, brand development, bringing forward voices and curating moments that reflect the power of women in business. This summer, she is interning in logistics and port operations at Da Nang Port, Vietnam’s central maritime gateway, where she collaborates with terminal operators and shipping lines to contribute to optimizing vessel scheduling, streamlining container flow, and reducing operational bottlenecks. What drives Mai is WOI’s excellent ability to blend ambition with authenticity. She’s passionate about creating spaces where students feel represented, connected, and empowered to lead with purpose!

 
 

Han Dang

Han Dang is a rising junior from Nha Trang, Vietnam, majoring in Computer Science and Managerial Economics. Han was previously involved in Women of Isenberg (WOI) as a Community Council member last year. This year, she is excited to return as a MarComm Committee Member, where she hopes to contribute her creative insights to enhance WOI’s outreach and digital presence. Han is passionate about bringing a unique perspective to the intersection of technology and business. Outside of WOI, Han is also involved as a Residential Life Peer Mentor at UMass, supporting first-year students and helping build inclusive residential communities. Han is particularly inspired by the mentorship and community-building aspects of WOI and looks forward to supporting other women in tech and business. In her free time, she enjoys designing personal web projects, exploring leadership opportunities, and fostering connections across diverse student communities. She also enjoys hanging out with friends around campus.

 

Katelyn Gibbings

Katelyn Gibbings is an incoming senior accounting major in the Isenberg School of Management, as well as a member of the Commonwealth Honors College. Katelyn is the Vice President of Operations and Event Management this year, and has served previously as both a member of the Operations and Events Management subcommittee and a student ambassador for the Women of Isenberg Conference. This summer, Katelyn will be interning with Grant Thornton in Hartford, Connecticut, where she will work in their audit practice. She is looking forward to continuing her involvement with WOI and fostering a community of professional and personal development through the empowerment of women in the business world. In addition to her roles within WOI, Katelyn also serves as the Vice President of Chapter Operations for the professional business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, is a Isenberg freshman transitions TA, and is a member of the Isenberg Undergraduate Student Advisory Council. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with friends.

 

Yasha Devate

Yasha Devate is a rising junior Marketing major at the Isenberg School of Management from Nashua, New Hampshire. She first attended the Women of Isenberg (WOI) Conference during her freshman year and immediately felt inspired by the supportive, empowering environment. That experience led her to join the planning committee in her sophomore year as a member of the Operations and Event Management team, a role she’s excited to continue this year.

Yasha is especially looking forward to being part of WOI again because of the strong sense of community it creates and what it represents — a space where women uplift one another, share meaningful experiences, and grow both personally and professionally. She’s passionate about helping plan events that bring that mission to life.

Outside of WOI, Yasha is currently interning at Signiant on the Market Research team and will be working as a Resident Assistant during the upcoming academic year. In her free time, she enjoys photography, traveling, and discovering new music.

 
 

Alexandra Bills

Alexandra Bills is a sophomore from Pittsfield, Massachusetts, majoring in Business Management. She was a Student Ambassador for the 2025 WOI Conference and is excited to return as part of the 2026 Planning Committee. Alexandra is passionate about being part of teams that empower and support women in the business world. In addition to WOI, she serves on the 1Berkshire Youth Leadership Program Steering Committee, which helps plan and support programming that empowers high school students to explore leadership career opportunities and community impact in the Berkshires. She is also a part of the Women in Business Community Service Committee.

 

Diya Deliwala

Diya Deliwala s a rising junior from Upton, MA, majoring in Finance and pursuing a certificate in Data Analytics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is also a member of the Commonwealth Honors College. Passionate about building community and uplifting others, she has been involved with Women of Isenberg since her freshman year. She served on the Community Council in 2024, was a Student Ambassador in 2025, and is currently a dedicated member of the Operations Committee as well as the Student Ambassador Program Lead. Inspired by WOI’s mission to empower women in business, Diya is especially excited to help create inclusive, engaging events that bring people together and foster meaningful growth. Outside of WOI, she is actively involved across campus. She works as a Student Events Assistant at the Commonwealth Honors College, serves as a Peer Mentor in Honors Residential Life, and is a member of the Event Planning Committee for 180 Degrees Consulting. Diya looks forward to continuing to support others while developing as a leader alongside such empowering team of women!

 

Grace Belanger

Grace Belanger is a senior from Chicago, Illinois, majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management and pursuing a Real Estate Certificate. This is Grace’s third year being involved with the Women of Isenberg Conference, and she is thrilled to return as the Community Outreach Lead! Grace is passionate about creating meaningful connections, and uplifting women. She hopes to expand the conference’s reach so that more students can benefit from its supportive and inspiring community. Grace is also a Leadership Ambassador for the Hospitality and Tourism Management Department and enjoys working the athletic events at the Mullins Center. This summer, she is living in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she is interning as a Food and Beverage Intern at the Four Seasons.

 
 

Charlotte Henning

Charlotte Henning is a rising senior from Marshfield, Massachusetts, majoring in Marketing and Sport Management with a certificate in Business Data Analytics. She led the Financial Wellness and Independence panel as a Student Ambassador for the 2025 conference and previously served on the 2024 Community Council. Now, she’s thrilled to take on a greater leadership role as the Sponsorship and Finance Lead for the 2026 conference, where she looks forward to building strong partnerships and creating meaningful opportunities for the event. Beyond WOI, Charlotte is spending her summer as a Relationship Development Sales Intern at Granite Telecommunications and previously worked as a Marketing Intern at Scope Labs. She is also a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma Student-Athlete Honor Society and competed for three years on the UMass Division I Track and Field team.
