After a lot of research, she decided to get a Master's degree from Isenberg School of Management in 2014. Alexandra relocated back to Massachusetts and in 2016 graduated with an MBA in nonprofit management. Recently, she took over the role of Director at the Tobin Beaudet Schools in Needham. Alexandra now manages a fantastic team of teachers and oversee the daily operations of the organization.

Angela is currently the Controls and Compliance Manager for Operations Finance at Pratt & Whitney.  Over her career, Angela has held various leadership positions within the Commercial Engines Finance organization, the Controller’s department, and most recently in the Manufacturing Operations organization at Pratt & Whitney.  Over her 25 years with Pratt & Whitney, she has managed teams responsible for various functions within Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Accounting, and Commercial Engines Consolidations and Reporting.  Additionally, she was a Group Controller for Pratt & Whitney  foreign subsidiaries in Switzerland, China, Singapore, and Israel.

Before joining Isenberg in June of 2013, she developed and implemented successful marketing and communications plans for a variety of well-known companies and brands including Kraft Foods, Kao Brands, Unilever, Cadbury-Adams, Diageo, Merrill Lynch and more. Her nearly 20 years of experience working in New York, London and the Midwest has run the gamut of consumer marketing: from shooting beauty ads with celebrities to launching complex financial and pharmaceutical products. Chris has a BA in English, Women’s Studies and Political Science from Villanova University.

Donna Cohen

specializing in civil, business and real estate related litigation and became the first woman partner in her law firm. After thirty five years Ms. Cohen now focuses on providing strategic advice to high visibility individuals in their personal, business and philanthropic matters as their personal legal counsel, confidential advisor and gatekeeper. She serves individuals in sports and entertainment.

With a keen understanding of issues facing women today, she is often asked to advise women in transition, especially those who are breaking gender barriers. She is an advisor to several women and non-profit organizations among them: the players of The All American Girls Professional Baseball League (made popular in the movie “A League of Their Own” starring Tom Hanks and Geena Davis). She is a special advisor to the Boston Red Sox in their all women's baseball fantasy camp.

Ms. Cohen received her BA in Communication Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (‘78) and her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School (‘81) where she was elected to the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society.

She supports and is an advisor to numerous charitable causes and sits on the board of several non-profit organizations including the Museum of Fine Arts Textile and Fashion Arts Council, University of Massachusetts Sport Leadership Advisory Board and the Commonwealth Honors College Advisory Board.

At Visible, Elizabeth also served as VP of Client Services responsible for Account Management, Data Analytics reporting services and customer support. Henri Hebert

Henri Hebert has created, produced, casted, directed, and written nonfiction projects for print, syndication, network, cable and digital platforms. Recently, Henri has been the Executive Producer/Showrunner for Lifetime’s The Jacksons: The Next Generation and Co-Executive Producer/Showrunner for TLC’s Strange Love. But, her career has included everything from researching at Inside Edition and American Journal to producing NBC’s Average Joe series and working with Maria Shriver on the highly regarded NBC documentary Siegfried & Roy: The Miracle.

While producing NBC’s Biggest Loser, and Three Wishes, Henri began producing brand integration content simultaneously for network and digital delivery. She went onto be a part of the producing team for the mega-hit The X Factor in 2011. Henri also served as a Co-Executive Producer for Oxygen’s Player Gets Played, Oxygen's Tattoos After Dark, MTV's The Ex and the Why, A&E's 8 Minutes, WE's Pregnant and Dating and Executive Producing CMT's The Bull Life. Recently, while filming Lifetime’s The Jacksons: The Next Generation, Henri co-founded The Dee Dee Jackson Foundation which shines a light on loss and grief how it impacts our lives negatively. Henri took a year to implementing the mission of DDJF and creating their core music therapy program for children. She is based in Los Angeles and repped by ICM.

business reporting, responsible for cross-organizational systems to strengthen customer relationships and operational efficiencies in 26 countries.   She also served as a member of the Investment Company Institute’s Statistical Advisory Group and Research Committee for 17 years.  Pat is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management.

New York in 2010 a month after graduating from UMass' Isenberg School of Management, to pursue her dream career in entertainment and events. After working briefly for hospitality company Aramark and then for a music producer organizing artist showcases, Tori joined leading global talent & entertainment agency CAA as an assistant to the head of brand partnerships in the music department. While in the music department, Tori helped secure and oversee brand deals for some of CAA’s biggest clients, including Maroon 5 with Honda, Jason Derulo with Hilton, Pentatonix with Ricola and Troye Sivan with SweeTarts. Tori has such a passion for creative collaboration and talent, and has been instrumental in signing new clients to CAA. With just over 5 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Tori has been promoted to Jr. Agent and  focuses on brand partnerships for CAA’s digital and music clients. While the east coast will always be ‘home,’ Tori currently resides in Los Angeles where she definitely enjoys the SoCal weather, attending concerts & music festivals, fashion, crafting, Classpass, travel, and anything Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, This Is Us and Friends related!

Senior Director and Chief Financial Officer, International Aero Engines (IAE) at Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies Corporation.  In this position, Sue provides financial leadership and oversight of IAE’s financial planning, reporting and accounting processes, including financial support to commercial engine marketing and sales campaign activities.  In addition, Sue serves as an executive sponsor for the UTC Finance Women’s Forum whose mission is to promote the retention and advancement of women within UTC Finance.  

Sue began her finance career with United Technologies at Pratt & Whitney holding various positions of increasing breadth and responsibility within the finance organization, including roles in Commercial Engines Campaigns, Business Support, and Program Finance.  Prior to returning to Pratt & Whitney she most recently served as Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis at United Technologies’ corporate office where she was responsible for the development and oversight of UTC’s financial planning and measurement process, including management of the annual financial plan, analyzing the performance of significant investments presented to UTC’s Board of Directors, and reviewing the financial metrics of UTC’s commercial business units and managing the communication of such information to UTC’s CFO.

Sue received her Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Rensselaer at Hartford.  She also completed the Leadership Development Program at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia as well as the INSEAD Global Leadership Development Program.

currently a Lead Consultant at Alliance Data Card Services in Columbus, Ohio. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts with a double major in Sports Management and Marketing/Promotions and her MBA from Franklin University. In addition to her role at ADS, she is involved with several Columbus area community organizations including WELD (Women for Economic Leadership and Development), Pelotonia (a bike-ride modeled after Pan-Mass to raise money for cancer research at the Ohio State University) and she is the board president for Franklin County Local Outreach to Suicide Survivors (LOSS) to serve those who are grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide.
